Workspaces
Workspaces are the new way to bookmark and organize tabs. Turn your browser windows into workspaces to save and share your carefully (or not so carefully) curated browsing experience.
Create a workspace
Step 1: On the workspaces page, click the "create new" button in the top navigation

Step 2: Give the workspace a title, an optional description and select work or personal

Step 3: Create new, and you will be redirected to your new workspace.

Share a workspace
Step 1: Within a selected workspace, click the share button on the right hand side

Step 2: In the share workspace popup, invite collaborators via email or make the workspace public

Step 2.1: Make a workspace public to share to anyone with the link

Step 2.2: Invite a collaborator by email and select their permissions

Step 3: Remove a collaborator by clicking the trash icon next to the collaborator email.

Update workspace details
Update workspace title
Step 1: To edit the title of a workspace, click on the title and start typing. The title will save automatically.

Update workspace description
Step 1: To add or edit the description, click and start typing. The new description will save automatically

Change workspace category
Step 1: To change a workspace category, click on the current category to display the popup and select.

Add or remove workspace tags
Step 1: To add tags to a workspace, click on "add tags +" and start typing. Once the tag text is ready click enter to add and save.

Step 2: To remove a tag, hover over the tag you wish to remove and click the "x"

Customize your workspace background
Step 1: To add a custom background to your workspace, click the customize button on the right hand side.Step 2: In the customize sidebar, you can either select a static color or search for an image using unsplash images. Search for anything, forests, oceans, sunsets, cities, abstract, dogs, etc... Click on the image to select the image. Click on the photographer name to visit their profile.

Add tabs to a workspace section
Step 1: Within a selected workspace, click the add tabs button

Step 2.2: Or add tabs by pasting urls

Add a section to a workspace
Step 1: Scroll to the bottom of a workspace and click "add section"

Step 2: Give your new section a name and add tabs

Rearrange tabs & sections
Step 1: To drag tabs between sections, click, drag and drop.

Step 2: To rearrange your sections within the workspace, click, drag and drop.

Launch an entire workspace
Step 1: Within selected workspace, click "Launch workspace" to open all tabs within the workspace in a new window

Step 1: Within selected workspace section, click "Launch" to open all tabs within the workspace in a new window

Comment on a workspace
Step 1: Within selected workspace section, click the comment icon on the right hand side.

Step 1: Write your comment at the bottom of the comment sidebar and submit

Delete workspace
Step 1: Within selected workspace, click the more icon on the right hand side and select "delete workspace"
